myAgios Patient Support Services
A customized support program for your patients living with thalassemia
myAgios has a dedicated team of Clinical Nurse Educators* (CNEs) on staff who work closely with patients, families, and care teams to provide education and resources to support patients in their thalassemia journey.
myAgios CNEs can offer your patients:
- Individualized support, in person or virtually, to meet your patient where they are in their thalassemia journey
- Educational resources to better understand their disease
- Connections with others in the thalassemia community to share their experiences
- Educational webinars to hear from thalassemia specialists and other patients
